擁有《電鍍許可證》的廠房位于金山區亭林鎮亭南村6049號，亭衛公路亭林出口處，金山亭林工業園區內，地處“長三角”經濟圈的近中心區域；總建筑面積24792平方米；
1幢單層廠房（1991平方米，層高7.75米）；
3幢2層廠房（1991平方米/層，1層高5.1米，2層4.5平方米）；
1幢3層辦公樓（630平方米左右/層，一層高5.1平方米，2、3層3.6米）；
1幢3層宿舍樓（1280平方米/層，一層高5.1平方米，2、3層3.3米）；
配電量為 1000KVA，十二萬余升電鍍槽。
于2007年1月1日竣工，廠區設施齊全，各可分割使用，是理想的電鍍工業基地。
